1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

“Personal Data” refers to any information that may be used, alone or in combination with other information, to identify you. We may collect Personal Data relating to you as follows:

We collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or when you otherwise contact us. The Personal Data that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

  • Identification Data: your name, surname, email address, mailing address, usernames;
  • Financial Data: includes the cardholder's name and bank card number, the expiry date, the visual cryptogram, the transaction number and details, the date and amount of the transaction. It is specified that the Company does not have access to these bank details and does not store them. This data is collected by our payment management provider;
  • Technical Data: includes information collected by way of log files, namely internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Site.
  • Identification Data: your name, surname, email address, mailing address, usernames;

We do not process sensitive information. We may incidentally collect Personal Data included in the documents you share with us when using the Services.

  • We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?“ below.

2. How long is the information stored on your browser kept?

The information stored on the User's browser used to identify the User and to enable traceability, as well as the raw data on the User's use of the Site associated with an identifier, will only be kept by us for a maximum period of thirteen (13) months. After this period, the data is either deleted or made anonymous.

6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require us keeping your Personal Data for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

In particular, we apply the following retention periods for these few main categories of Personal Data:

      • 30 days when you use the Services anonymously (i.e. when your email address has not been provided)
      • 60 days after the account is suspended when you are identified with your email address.
    • For Financial Data, the data is kept until the last payment due date of the subscription.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any Personal Data we process such as encryption. 12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
