Stonemint LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share and otherwise process, in our capacity as data controller, the Personal Data (as defined below) we may collect relating to you when you (the “User(s)” or “you”) use our services (the “Services”), such as when you:

This Privacy Policy has been drafted in light of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and related CNIL standards and recommendations (the “Applicable law”). 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
“Personal Data” refers to any information that may be used, alone or in combination with other information, to identify you. We may collect Personal Data relating to you as follows:
We collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or when you otherwise contact us. The Personal Data that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

The personal information we collect may include the following:
- Identification Data: your name, surname, email address, mailing address, usernames;
- Financial Data: includes the cardholder's name and bank card number, the expiry date, the visual cryptogram, the transaction number and details, the date and amount of the transaction. It is specified that the Company does not have access to these bank details and does not store them. This data is collected by our payment management provider;
- Technical Data: includes information collected by way of log files, namely internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Site.
- Identification Data: your name, surname, email address, mailing address, usernames;
We do not process sensitive information. We may incidentally collect Personal Data included in the documents you share with us when using the Services.
- We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?“ below.

- To provide a Cloud storage service;
- To respond to requests for information using the contact form available on the Site or by e-mail to the address indicated above;
- To communicate to you important notices, such as information about changes to the Site(s) and Service updates;
- To ensure that the Site and its functionalities are optimized and constantly improved;
- Enable us to meet our legal obligations;
- Carry out statistics, studies and other marketing actions;
- To manage and respond to requests from users who exercise their rights;
- To prevent and detect unlawful behaviour, and protect or enforce our legal rights, for example defending the company in case of legal disputes.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your Personal Data:
- Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your Personal Data for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the contact details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS PRIVACY POLICY?”
- Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
- Our legitimate interests. We may process your Personal Data where it is necessary for our legitimate interests as a company, including to manage, promote and improve our business and manage our risk.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require us keeping your Personal Data for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
In particular, we apply the following retention periods for these few main categories of Personal Data:
- For Identification Data,
- when you create an account, we keep your Personal Data for as long as your account is active;
- when you do not create an account:
- 30 days when you use the Services anonymously (i.e. when your email address has not been provided)
- 60 days after the account is suspended when you are identified with your email address.
- For Financial Data, the data is kept until the last payment due date of the subscription.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any Personal Data we process such as encryption. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted to us using unsecured means. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, transmission of Personal Data to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that Personal Data from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
When we share your Personal Data with companies with whom we contract, such companies may be located outside the European Union in countries with different laws for protection of Personal Data than the laws in your country of residence.
Before transferring your Personal Data outside the European Union, we will take steps to ensure that such data will be afforded the same level of protection as under applicable data protection laws within the European Union. For data transfers outside of the European Union, we use applicable safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and will make available a copy to you upon request.
11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Under the Applicable Law, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:
- i. the right to request access and obtain a copy of your Personal Data;
- ii. the right to request rectification of your Personal Data. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account or contact us;
- iii. the right to request the erasure of your Personal Data. If you would at any time like to terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account or contact us;
- iv. the right to request the restriction of the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the applicable laws;
- v. The right to object to our processing of your Personal Data;
- vi. under certain circumstances, the right to demand data portability;
- vii. to withdraw any consent you have given. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your Personal Data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent;
- viii. to direct how your Personal Data should be used after your death.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
13. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY ?
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective on the Site as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your Personal Data.
